  We were able to have a nice family dinner and even found a vegan dish on the menu for my wife. Everyone liked their choices and the service was good.

  I live in Richmond so was excited to try Danby's when it first opened. I stopped in opening day and ordered the wings. They said they were Jumbo wings. They were $13.00 but there was 8 small chicken wings that were tasteless. I tried the restaurant a couple of weeks later with my family for lunch and none of the meals were any good and all over priced. I've tried a couple of times since then and all meals were underwhelming!! I won't go back and feel that I've given them more than enough chances. I can't understand putting that much into renovations and then not being able to get the food right. The breakfast's are pretty good but don't order fruit with it, for an extra $3.50 you get a piece of apple, a slice of orange and a strawberry! The place is always empty at dinner time and they probably won't be around much longer! It's too bad, I think Royals needed some competition!!
