Great staff. Always pleasant, professional and very hard working. They are always working on something, whether it's cleaning or prepping. Place is always clean.

Good coffee in a comfortable space; while Ottawa needs more independent cafes, this Second Cup is a welcome addition in the Barrhaven landscape for when you just want a decent cup of coffee.

Great owner who is on top of everything. Very knowledgeable. Place is always clean and organized. Best red velvet cake ever!

Love this location. Very relaxing, can always find a spot even though they tend to be busy and service is great. The barista will take the time to explain the different roasts and still manages to keep a lineup moving! Would recommend this coffee shop to anyone!
