Really disappointed and sad to say that the quality of the service has certainly gone down within the past year. Last night I placed an order around 7:30 for delivery and was told it would be delivered at 8:45pm so at 8:45 I went down to my apartment lobby to wait for the delivery man. At 9pm the restaurant called me about an issue with my order, they hadn't even sent out the delivery man and it was 9pm! They told me they didn't have any vegetable samosas and asked if I would be ok with Beef samosas (I am vegetarian so I was not thrilled but I agreed to switch to beef samosa and figured my boyfriend could eat it). Finally at 9:30 I got a call from the delivery man that he was downstairs and he was actually frustrated with me that I wasn't there waiting for him. Then when I payed 80$ he only had a bit of change in his pocket so I had to give a bigger tip than I wanted because he didn't have enough money to give back to me. At this point I was really hungry and had been waiting for my food for two hours, so I was really excited to eat some good indian food. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was below par... For example, the Nan bread was not even cooked, the sides were literally thick chunks of raw dough and the middle was burnt to a crisp, not even edible. I will not be returning here again.

Went here for the first time and the ordering process was chaos. We waited about 45 minutes to be served while people who arrived after us were received their food before us. A father and 2 young kids waited even longer than us - eventually the family left as they waited too long and the children needed to eat. They weren't even offered an appetizer and were made to pay for their sodas. I approached the owner and attempted to politely give feedback and he was completely unreceptive. I mentioned the family who had to leave as they waited too long for their order and he was basically indifferent. The food was decent but the service was atrocious

Don't bother!!!! Ordered through just eat. Our food took over an hour and a half to get to us - and we only live 3 blocks away. Upon getting our food we noticed that our chicken masala was literally just a container full of tomato sauce, barely even a trace of chicken. The sauce was also comparable to Campbell's tomato soup. We contacted just eat who assured us that they had contacted the restaurant and that a replacement item would be sent. After waiting another hour and a half I followed up with just eat who assured me that the item wouldn't be much longer. I was then called from someone at the restaurant who demanded to know what the issue was with the food. He then assured us that the item would be sent over in 10-15 minutes. We ordered 4 hours ago and still haven't eaten - don't waste your time or money here. The service is laughable.

Food used to be really awesome but has had some sort of change maybe in management. The food plates used to be full and bursting with meat and flavour but it's been cut back so much that there's hardly any meat in the dishes. Noticed this more than once and was quite dispointed in what was a great place to grab dinner. Only things that remain still just as good are the wraps and the homemade nann bread. I really hope they go back to how they used to make it. Was one of my favourite places to go with both people that eat meet and vegetarians.
