  I live in Ottawa and this was the best experience. I have babysat for visitors to the capital and attended work events and I am always excited to return. It has a classy, modern but comfortable atmosphere. Food and drinks are amazing and exceeded my expectations. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Also, I am very specific about room set up, and Brookstreet's set up is perfect and uncluttered. The parking underground is easy to navigate as well. Highly recommend

  I have a gym membership at Flex. The gym is well priced (with a corporate discount for working in the area) and offers a good amount of amenities, including pool and sauna access, towel service, and discounts on food and other Brookstreet amenities. The gym is often very quiet, and I've never had to wait for any equipment. The lockers, however, are a problem. Though it is great that they are code locking (no lock needed!), barely half of the keypads work. It means I sometimes spend a few minutes moving my bag from locker to locker trying to find one that works.

  Well when we arrived the people were amazing and even though we came early and the room wasn't ready they just got us a different room. when we go up we realized we might need some stuff like ice so we called down to see where to get the ice and they said the deliver anything that is needed so that was amazing. after that we called the hotel shuttle to bring us to the bus stop so we could be brought to Parliament hill for the Canada 150 celebration and that was amazing now the only bad part about this whole experience was that we took the bus all the way back to make sure we got on the shuttle before there work ends for the night and once we called they said they would be there 10 minutes later we called back and they said he was still coming and 10 more minutes later in wet clothes and in the cold night we called back and said they were going to call him and 20 minutes later it still wasn't here so we had to spend 10 dollars on a 3 minute drive back in a taxi. in the morning it was nice to go to the entrance and see that at there cafe they had breakfast sandwiches and ceased salade so we ate some of that food with was really good and then we packed up and checked out. overall it was a fairly good experience except for the shuttle.

  Very friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing guest services. Had a small issue with a return shuttle but considering it was July 1st and there was also a wedding being shuttled back it is to be expected. Great hotel would definitely stay again.

  The Brookstreet's rooms and facilities are about what you'd expect from a business-oriented hotel, but the service is outstanding. Every person we spoke to was as friendly and accommodating as you could possibly hope for. Would not hesitate to book there again.
