  Not a pleasant place to visit, the price's expensive for the poor service. We've been there for times, the stuffs there seemed lack of passion on what they are doing. They seldom show their smells to customers and reheated bagels in microwave. Though the bagels are one of our favourite, it would be nicer if more effort put on improving customers experience.

  Excellent first visit! I've always been told great things about Kettleman's Bagel Company and I couldn't wait to try it out to see for myself if the hype was true. They have excellent bagels and a variety of selections. I tried the CBC melt on the new Jalapeño and cheese bagel and it was wonderful! I'll definitely visit again to try out the bagel selection they have. The restaurant itself was neat and tidy, had a welcoming atmosphere and the gentleman at the counter was eager to help since it was my first time. He sure did up sell me, I did not mind that since I was impressed with him being business minded. :) Parking is not a problem as there are extra spots at the back. I went just after 3 pm on Sunday and it wasn't busy at all! All in all, a great experience though a tad bit pricey..upwards of $10 for a good bagel sandwich if you think of it. I'll definitely visit again! You have to try it to experience it for yourself! :)

  Negative: Expensive. Unripe or poorly grown ingredients for vegetables. Eating in & takeout guests are given plastic noncompostable containers. Positive: great service
