  Been ordering here for 10 years. Was one of the best Chinese in the area but last few orders have officially put an end to this. They've changed their chicken balls which are now 90% dough, nasty. Chicken fried rice was bland and last order of Shanghai Noodles was also bland and had an elastic in it that my wife pulled out of her mouth. Called the next day since it was late when this occurred, their response is you should have called right away. I only gave it the extra star because their poutine is still the best around last time I had it. Godspeed on your next order folks, but my journey to Chips & Dairy ends here. If they change their food after this please feel free to correct me. Hopefully they figure this out before they start losing too much business

  When our order arrived the food was cold. Was told that when we ordered we should have asked for the food to be delivered hot. We then asked for a discount on our next order and were told that it was not policy and they would resend the order. Very poor customer service. Will not give them my business anymore!

  I took my family and father in-law for a father's day lunch. It was great. Where else can we each have something completely different.from diner style to Chinese food. It was all great. I would like to thank you for a great meal.
