  Worst service I have ever experienced. My order was delivered to the wrong house. No biggie. Accidents happen. They told me my order was on its way. I live 3 minutes from the restaurant. 45 minutes later still no food. I called and they were unapologetic saying it takes longer on the weekends. But you delivered my food in great time just to the wrong house? Still nothing. 30minutes later and still no food. We ended up at McDonald's after waiting for two hours. No apologies no call nothing. I will never order from them again. There are many other places to eat in kanata. Service should be what's sets you apart from the others.

  Ever since this place was taken over my new ownership, it just hasn't been the same. Service is slow and often not accurate, and the quality of the food just isn't up to par. Unfortunately after 2 failed visits, we no longer frequent this establishment for breakfasts or pizza..
