  Bad service. Called in and told it would be 25min. Waited 30mins before going and when I got there I was told it was still in the oven. Waited another 25mins inside. Had to keep askng if it was ready. Time to pay and was asked for exact change. Pizza ok but not the greatest. The wait wasn't worth the reward.

  He literally yelled at my friend over the phone because she placed an order using a (519) number. It didn't matter that we ordered two large pizza's from him; only that he was going to have to pay a long distance charge for the 30 second phone call. We are from the GTA area so we don't have a (613) number. When we went to pick the pizza up he yelled at us in person again and told us never to call again on anything other then a (613) number. Needless to say the customer service was beyond despicable and the pizza was not even that great.
