  Customer service was terrible. We showed up at 4:15 thinking our appointment was at 4:30 but it was actually at 4. So we were 15 minutes late for our bottling appointment. They rushed us to bottle our wine and didn't say much to us. Just told us we were late and had quite the bad attitude about it. I would never go here again or recommend them to anyone else. Wine station has amazing customer service go there!

  Great place to visit. Staff are friendly, prices are good on a fair bit of their stock, and recently they have seen big upgrades in the brewing equipment/ ingredients that they sell.
