We reserved a table for 10 people but when we arrived, there was no table for us. They explained that they prepared a table for 10 but one group had taken it under our name. Seriously? We had to wait for 1 hour and we could not leave because our friend were coming to this location. Finally, we had to seat on table like sardines in a can. One more hour for the main courses to be served. We spent almost 3 hours in this restaurant. Will never be back again.

Food and service are good. Decor is kinda inconsistent and tacky, but ultimately it is a chain Italian restaurant, so it's not much more is to be expected plus with their deals and coupons and unlimited soup/salad and bread you can't complain.

The appetizer was boring, my main came with a number of hairs in it and I didn't get my salad until after I sent my main back. Don't bother.
