  This was without a doubt the worst restaurant experience of my life. An hour and twenty minutes to take our order, another long wait to get the meals, the children had to wait for basic kids meals. The pasta not cooked for one meal, the veggies were undercooked for another and a hamburger was not eatable. As we left the patrons were all complaining and vowing never to return, us included. Most of the bills were compted by the manager who was appogetic. Needs some big changes.

  Will not be back. We chose this location over Kanata due to good past experiences. The time to receive our order was completely unacceptable - over 45 minutes from placing an order for 2 children's meals, a sandwich meal, and a wrap. When we spoke with our waitress the kitchen made a mistake, the children's meals arrived separately from the parent's as they had been sitting on the window. When the sandwich/wrap arrived several minutes later, the quality was unacceptable, no cheese present on the steak & Gorgonzola wrap nor any on the chicken Parmesan sandwich. The breads were burnt. The temperature of the chicken sandwich was so hot my partner burnt the roof of his mouth upon the first bite. The salads were lacking, substandard, and plate presentation beyond poor. When we spoke with the manager upon leaving, he made excuses for being backed up and understaffed. Excuses do not bring customers back. There was no attempt at service recovery. This was a very disappointing way to treat our children to a special end-of-school dinner.

  My girl returned her food twice. The waiter was excellent. Manager promised that " he would make sure it cooked right this time ". I did ask him if he made sure. My plate was good but her spaghetti had to be returned twice.

  Let me start by saying that the service was terrific, fast and friendly. But the food was not good at all. My wife and I are regulars at the ESM on Hunt Club. So we were shocked by the noticeably smaller portions and disapointing food on Robertson Road. I would have thought ESM had better quality contol from restaurant to restaurant. My pizza crust was hard and I can honestly say I've had better frozen pizzas.
