  The new renovation is ugly. It feels like all of the East Side Mario's locations have lost their Italian charm. Now they feel modern and boring without any of the Italian flair that they used to have that made it unique from all the other chains. Food is still okay. Service was good, but the new reno is just not for me.

  Pizza is excellent, love the homeloafs they bring before the meal. Seems to be always a busy spot. Service is great.

  Fantastic food. The garlic bread never gets old. Fresh and keeps on coming. Have had some incredible service, some being the best I've ever received. That being said, it outweighs but still had a couple of servers who were too busy to bother - being the reason I rated 4 stars of 5.

  I always loved East side Mario's as a kid, used to go there all the time before I moved. So last night I decided to take my younger cousin out to eat, I really wish we had gone somewhere else. The best part of my experience in this restaurant was no joke, the bread. I had the Budda burger, the patties were obviously oven baked from frozen, they tasted like the kid of burgers you get from Walmart in a box, the fries were good though. My cousin enjoyed her spaghetti and meatballs but says it wasn't anything special at all. I asked for sprite and they brought me water. The service was terrible, when we walked in no one said hello, despite there being 3 waitresses at the door, instead they continued there own conversation. Our waitress was very rude, didn't smile once and seemed annoyed when we asked for refills. Not planning on going back.
