Great staff & prices.

1. They made online billing mistake, bill my credit card, but put my order on hold. 2. After 2 tries I call them and left a message, they never called me back. 3. Finally, after getting ahold of them, spoke with a RUDE lady, who kept reflecting Fitshop mistake on me. 4. Really bad experience, don't recommend.

Excellent prices and I have been coming here for a while. But I should also mention that some of the new and younger staff seem to be unprofessional as I have heard them slur negative comments or insults about their customers appearance and can be impolite, even when they are asked questions. It is mostly the younger looking guys that are new staff.
