- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Great spot, although can be really busy! We love to go here day-camping, we plan for the whole day. They have some good barbecue pits and we always cook up a yummy lunch/dinner. You can canoe and just take a hike around the wooded areas. Very nice spot to hang out with the family.By Just Jennah, April 23, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My husband and I LOVED this provincial park and we will be back sometime, hopefully, in the not so far future! We were at a site almost right across from the newer comfort stations. We were very pleasantly surprised to see that there were laundry facilities as we were about a week into our honeymoon camping excursion and needed clothes washed! The showers were exceptional and the bathrooms just as nice. The sites were fairly close together with not much privacy, but we were gone exploring Ottawa so it didn't bother us. We also recommend eating in Arnprior if in the area as they have a couple really good eateries as well! Strongly recommend this park!By Amanda Prigge, March 16, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We booked the site 227. Great location near the comfort station. Good privacy. However, the site did not have good drainage and the gravel was totally eroded. We ended up in a mud pit and a pond. We are experienced campers and have camped through many very rainy days. This site forced us to leave a day early. We were covered in mud and the pond started to take over our camp site. We had to throw away some of our equipment as it was too muddy to take back with us. The store closed at 6 pm on a Saturday evening. We would like to thank the wardens that took the time to get us some firewood. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Beautiful well maintained park & campground. New comfort station is excellent. Terraces Trail is beautiful - especially the waterfall with all the spring run off. Seeing deer up close was very cool. Would most definitely come again.By Frank Farrugia, August 22, 2016
