  Went at 9:30pm on a Friday night to grab drinks and chat. Sat upstairs patio, waited ~20 minutes after seating with no check in from waiter/waitress. It began to drizzle very lightly and some people moved inside. Finally we asked the hostess to order; she turned around and asked some waitresses putting up chairs to take care of us. We made eye contact with the two and could not discern a response (blank stares), waited another minute without reply then left sans drinks. Pretty lame service on a Friday!

  The rooftop patio is very nice, and they have some local beers to choose from. I also enjoy the sangria. Service here has certainly always been prompt, but I find the friendliness of the service is hit and miss.

  Slow service, rude waitress. Unorganized. I understand it was busy but it was highly unorganized and the manager was extremely rude. It would've been my second time there and honestly food is over priced and no drink deals. There are fare better restaurants on Elgin.

  Food was ok. I enjoyed the French toast but my husband's potato wedges were dry, perhaps was not served right away. Service was poor despite lots of staff and not many customers. Took a long time for our orders to be taken. Then the waitress returned after another 10 minutes because she had lost the paper with our order. It took another reminder for the tea to arrive. It was disappointing given the price of brunch and location.
