  Terrible! Avoid at all cost! Service was horrible, food was absolutely disgusting, calamari seemed like it was a frozen food, same with the fries. To say the least, the quality of the food was horrible. It's outrageous on how terrible the service and food was. Our server gave us rude looks, took forever to take and bring out orders, especially forgot our drinks on multiple occasions, not to mention our table was full and didn't decide to take much away. Needless to say I will never return to this location. It's a disgusting place.

  We did about 3 orders. Each time they forgot to bring all listed items! You wait for half an hour and finally get the half of your order. We put the same things several times in different orders and it never came. They just silently do not bring it and that's it.

  I used to enjoy going to this place, used to be one of my favourite AYCE Sushi restaurants in Ottawa. But the last couple of times that I have gone here, it has not been the least bit satisfying. Went yesterday, table was dirty when we were seated, the windows are just filthy, the food wasn't that great, soup wasn't hot and service leaves a lot to be desired. The prices have also crept up quite a bit. Its cheaper to go to Mandarin. Last time i went, I thought to myself maybe it was just a bad night, but after yesterday, I will not see myself going back there. Its too bad, because it used to be really good.

  Some of the food was good; some was okay. Service was less than favourable and washrooms we're unpleasant.
