  DO NOT BUY STIHL products!!! Baught a trimmer from here cost me almost $300 and stopped working after a week. Has a 3 day return policy!Have brought it to many different places trying to get it fixed under warranty, each time was charged for labour cause they couldn't figure out what was wrong ,cost me about $60 each time. When higher up and Stihl does not replace items if they don't work they only try to fix and charge you for it. I will never buy a STIHL again and hopefully I can save someone from waisting thier money on a cheap product and a big headache. Stihl doesn't let you post negative reviews on thier site so don't be fooled by the high rating.

  Sean in parts went above and beyond to help me find a discontinued item by locating it at a different dealership. Amazing customer service. He is my "go to" guy from any dealership. I will always check with this dealership first because of him.

  I was just in the other day Darin and Derek in parts were great help..too bad they pay the people such terrible wages..That guy named Stan is a complete idiot

  Extremely unprofessional and root service. I work in the customer service field and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I called 4 times over a 2 months period trying to find a part for my friend's tractor. Every single time they told me that without a specific id number they can not find anything. I had a model and I even had a part number from the John Deere website and they still did not assist me. When I asked for the manager during the 4th call, they hanged up on me. I called them again thinking that the line disconnected and when the lady transferred me to parts department, the same guy (Jim) told me that he does not have time to waste and that I should do my proper research before calling. I was so pissed. WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.This is Canada not the US.
