  The breakfast sandwich with tempeh bacon was one of the best things I've ever tasted - fresh tomato and creamy mayonnaise ....delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful and the prices were very reasonable. I only wish they had a more central location (though this might have something to do with the good prices!) I can't wait to come back and try some of the lunch offerings.

  The good: everything is vegan, friendly staff, seitan sausages are wonderful, generous portions, desserts are excellent. The bad: almost everything savoury is severely under-seasoned; especially the tofu scramble, odd location, impersonal space. Definitely will return, but likely to stick to the sweet side of the menu.

  The food was amazing. I had the tofu 'egg' salad sandwich and it was delicious. Also took home a Nanaimo bar and I would never have guessed it was vegan if I hadn't known! Very friendly staff as well.

  Very delicious. Good prices, not over inflated as some veg/vegan places in Ottawa can be. Been twice now, had excellent service both times.
