  Been going there for over 18 months. Was a couch potato before. Staff and trainers are awesome. They are knowledgeable not only about training but body mechanics as well. All the clients and staff know each other. It's one big happy family who workout hard but also have fun.

  I have been going to Hostyle for about 3 years and couldn't be happier. As a 40 something I wanted to get considerably stronger and feel confident to take on new challenges. I have done everything from group classes to personal training with Curd himself. I continue to focus on my strength now at 50 and train with Curd because I know his specialty is in this area. He continues to make every workout different, challenging and complete. He advises me on nutrition and consistenly offers new programs such as the 'little black dress' and 'silverback' groups. The environment is unique without the rows of treadmills and a focus on individual improvement. I feel comfortable and yet challenged. It is a supportive environment in every way. And the best part, the staff challenge themselves to try new things as well and lead the way by example. I was in a group where Curd (a weight lifter) challenged us all and himself to participate in a mud run. Impressive to see us all in it together. I would recommend this gym to those that want to do something different, be different and really belong with a great group of people.
