  The patio needs a complete overhaul. Paint peeling, tables are a mess... Food was just ok. Fries were the best part, which says something.

  Absolutely terrible. Don't have a Google account so posting from my father's account. Was in there last night with a girlfriend and we were treated so poorly we couldn't believe it. It was freezing rain and bad weather conditions outside so when we got to the restaurant we weren't surprised that there weren't many patrons there. Anyways we walked in since we checked online that they were open till 11pm. It was 8:30pm at the time. We walked in and were seated in a booth next to the bar, I was barely taking my coat off when the bartender walked over, didn't introduce himself, and barked what can I get you to drink. I already knew what I wanted so I just ordered but my friend said she wasn't sure yet to which the bartender rudely said okay just have your ID ready as he turned his back to us and walked away. We just laughed off his rude behaviour because frankly it was cold out and we just wanted to eat and catch up. When he came back my friend ordered a drink and appetizer, to which he seemed even more irritated so being a server myself I asked him if they were closing because he seemed like he was rushing us. His response was "well ya were closing early tonight because we are CLEARLY losing more money staying open" at this point I couldn't even believe he was being this blunt and rude so I told him that I am a server and I could never imagine treating customers the way he was treating me. I told him to get our bills for the drink we ordered and that we would leave. He put up a fight giving tons of attitude and said "we could stay if we want because it's going to take about an hour to close up". Excuse me? Why in the world would I stay somewhere that I have literally been yelled at for no reason. His attitude was aggressive and absolutely uncalled for, if there is camera footage in the restaurant it should really be reviewed. Anyways he then said "fine I'll go cancel your spinach dip", his next action was equally insane, we were sitting in a booth on the opposite side of the restaurant and could hear him screaming in the kitchen about cancelling the appetizer and yelling about something else. The couple in the booth beside us were also shocked and just listening. Once he came back he attempted to give us a voucher for a free appetizer to try to resolve the way he came off because he probably realized how insane he sounded. We left our full drinks at the table and immediately left the restaurant. That voucher will completely go to waste and I will make sure that as an Orleans resident that everyone knows how attrocious the service is here. Still in shock that we were treated this way, it's unfortunate that the restaurant has gone so down hill. And if the owner is experiencing losses, it is clear why. Absolutely disgusting service.

  I went here with my family to celebrate my dad's birthday.. The service was good.. The food was okay.
