  We just had a really great experience here. The wait staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming (our waiter was Dryden, he was quick and friendly). When they considered that we waited too long for our food we received a very nice discount (we didn't even think we were waiting long at all). On top of that the food was very good. We will definitely be coming back.

  Excellent service and value for money. Better than I remember. Kelsey's has upped it's game i feel. Food quality is high and staff very friendly.

  If I could, I'd give this place a 3.5. The service is always good, never had a bad server and they've always done what they can to be accommodating and solve problems. The food is usually good and their appetizers are some of my favorite of any sort of bar/pub type place. My biggest problem with the place is that they reeeeeally need to update their decor. Not only does it look tacky, but it's starting to show it's ago with cracks and stains.
