  I think 99.9% of all Loblaws stores are phenomenal. I shop @ the one in Kanata w/my Mother all the time & just couldn't be happier w/the selection the service the quality, everything!!! Then I come back home to the Vanier area & I'd much rather shop @ a FreshCo or a Food Basics. The service, well if you need help or ask a question, forget about it, cause what little staff you see will avoid you @ all cost. They NEVER, EVER have enough cashiers open. When you walk into any Loblaws it's always a treat because of the selection the, the staff always there to help you, but most of all the CLEANLINESS of all your stores is usually impeccable, unless you live or shop in Vanier cause the store is Awful!!! I saw a cockroach walking along where all the frozen vegetables are a few weeks back & mentioned it to a young fellow working there, his response was to get another coworker & laugh his a** off. Myself, I didn't see the humour. Like I said all your stores are usually just such a joy & so pleasant to shop in, but I just hate that the one gawd awful store that you have, has to be the one near me. All my friends & family shop @ your stores because they're just fantastic, especially your Kanata store near Terry Fox, it's always, always, always a treat to shop in, just wish I could say the same about your Vanier store. Thanks for listening, keep up your wonderful work in those 99.9% of your stores, but sure would love to see something done about the one lousy store, that's tarnishing your wonderful name & reputation.
