  Great wait staff, food wasn't bad either, too bad the whole place appeared to run around the dish wash staff who also made tortillas. Would appear to be a strategic error to be TexMex and have the bottleneck tortillas. Waited for 40 minutes to find that the restaurant was half full because they couldn't keep up with the orders, the money is in the serving, not in the waiting.

  The worst restaurant service of 2017 hands down !!! 1 hour and 17 minutes to get a 2 person chicken fajita platter!!! So was in on a Thursday night the wait time was 30 minutes to get a table. We ended up just hitting up the bar section as we were told it be faster? The bar was about a third full at 6 pm. Our waitress seemed attentive to our needs but when 5 more tables came in she disappeared behind the bar the whole time. In a hour we were seen once by our waitress and was told the food was going to be soon. 20 minutes after she said that are food arrived. 4 people who arrived after us received there chicken fajita plate before us. We were so confused how that happened, we felt forgotten and was about to walk out. In the end our waitress didn't even serve us it was another lady. I wanted to give the tip money to her as she actually served us but I couldn't find her. This place is a zoo and needs some serious management training on the bar side. Your not going to get a turnover rate if it takes a customer 1 hour 50 minutes to eat and leave the restaurant.

  Was there for Sunday Family Fajitas as per the website all the works and choice of meats or combine any two, only the server said $6 more for the beef, after showing her no mention in their website, she check with manager and came back said $3 extra for beef, asked to see the manager, he came and explained, inconsistency between verbal and online. Felt like we are bargaining and they're try squeeze more $$. Asked if can get choice of salad and fries, server said either or, manager said half salad and half fries is okay. Inconsistency! Manager is a very nice guy and made it right! Make your menu and verbal consistent for a 5 star!

  I was visiting from Alberta where we don't have the Lone Star. The service was superb and the food we ordered was great too. Definitely going back next time I am in town.
