- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★If you've lived in Ottawa for any amount of time you almost certainly know louis. It's been an icon since I was a kid and it hasn't really changed at all in so many years. As far as I'm concerned it is the best pizza in Ottawa. If you plan to dine in try to go on off peak hours because it can get insanely busy there. For the same reason, order your pizza on the phone ahead of time and allow 20 minutes to pick it up. I honestly do not have any idea how the staff handles the volume of people they do but are always so friendly and amazing and it doest take too long for them to remember who you are. Of course it's an important thing to know, the pizza is so good they do not deliver. It's a small mom and pop, and servers work really hard so enjoy the food and tip well!By Dug Rotar, March 21, 2017
