  I reiterate several messages below. 5 out of the past 6 times I have been there my order was wrong. I am not exaggerating, it is ridiculous. I have officially give up on this location. PLEASE do yourself a favour and do not go to this Montreal Road location, go to any other McDonald's in the area. My receipt states no shredded cheese, and the special sticky receipt they attach to the food wrapper also states no cheese. Sure enough after waiting in the drive through for 8-10 minutes and then get home find out it is wrong. Every time they take off the Shredded Lettuce (which I do want) and they give me cheese. They cannot get an order right to save their lives. On a separate note, I am calling BS on their customer service surveys on the back of the receipt. You can rate with low marks and explain the service and nothing ever gets done, the service remains the same. Also, never get a call back and therefore never get my money back either.

  This location of McDonald's is a joke. I wanted an Angus burger without the sauce so I ordered with the cashier server. The server seemed tired of work and I had to repeat myself 3 times for the "no sauce " request. I got my food from an unhappy food server and found out there was no burger patty, so I had to come back to the counter and ask. This supervisor who wore white shirt and black tie, he said to me "Welcome to McDonald's" (I didn't like his joke), not mentioning this guy kept making terrible jokes with other staff and interrupting others' work. Finally the other food servers got me the burger patty and one lady staff gave a free drink (one star for her). The patty came out extremely greassy, it was dripping oil, and the buns were pressed. Shame on the supervisor. Do not go to this location.

  We went out of our way to go there because it was supposed to be open 24h. Lies! There were milk crates blocking the drive thru, so we went in and talked the woman working. She said that even though the he doors were open she couldn't serve us because they were closed until 4 am. It was 3:53. We waited 7 minutes and went back in, and then it was breakfast menu only. Plus, they were rude about it. If you're not open 24h, don't say you are!
