This place is always filthy. I don't know why, but. It's consistently gross and the food is sub par.

Went there for a cup of coffee. Two staff people were there and manager-looking guy was chatting away with the Coke machine repair man. While a bigger and bigger crowd stood waiting for their food, the manager happily gabbed away. The two poor staff people (young lady and older fellow) had to struggle to do everything. The manager fellow would occasionally break away, help for 30 seconds, then go back to chatting. I felt like shouting at him, it was so frustrating to see this nonsense.
