  It is a decent place to shop. sometimes they have sales and I find a lot of their foods a little pricey.

  While this store is smaller than most and therefore is lacking in some products, makes up for it with their excellent customer service. The car order parcel pickup service is wonderful (you can thank the Walmartization of society for this disappearing almost everywhere else). You never have to worry about lugging a heavy cart full of groceries to your car. Just pull up to the door, ring the bell and they load it for you. Awesome!

  One day, time was running late for supper for my family. I was very hungry and the staff was really taking their time. I said that'll be fine when referring to some food that had been refused but not taken by the previous customer and the manager on duty said I was out of place to accept the food. She refused to sell me food. I went away hungry. 7pm when my family generally eats at 5-5:30pm. I was beyond shock. I couldn't believe this could happen in Canada. I've mostly avoided buying anything here. We've taken out rather large grocery budget elsewhere: FarmBoy and Independent on Alta Vista

  They have a lot of selection for a small grocery store - I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. Great client service every time -- I've only had 1 occasion where I met with concern, and it was quickly resolved. Very patient and understanding. Also, love the car pick up service.

  Not bad, but it is necessary to unload one's shopping cart and carry all the stuff to the parking lot manually. Why can't they allow to take the carts to the parking lot?
