Wanted to try this kind of establishment for a long time until now. As the website explains it clearly, one selects the foodstuff one wants to eat. They cook everything on one's selected food and then they bring it to your table. You get charged on whatever you select. The only thing missing is authentic Mongolian food since all the foodstuff I saw seem ordinary food (Chinese or Japanese) except for the exotic sauces. Overall food quality and experience setting was very positive and rewarding.
