  I recently called Nelson Water because I had very hard water that was damaging my faucets and leaving an unpleasant odor in washed clothes. They came and did a water test and we discovered that my old softener was no longer working. We replaced our old unit with their new unit and i decided that i wanted a new water pressure tank as well. They were professional and polite and answered every question I threw at them. Within 2 days i could feel the softness of the water and my problems have gone away even my hair and skin feel better. I have also called back with some questions and they have taken the time to answer them in an manner that i could understand. I will be a long time customer and couldn't be happier with my new water. Thanks Guys

  Our experience with Nelson Water has been positive. They took the time to explain our water test results. They explained exactly how our old water softener had broken and explained our options well. The installation team worked hard to ensure that we were satisfied, and follow-up has been excellent. Our experience has been that Nelson Water stands behind their work.

  The representative from Nelson Water company arrived on the scheduled date to replace the filter on our kitchen drinking water filter unit. He was very professional and completed his work within an hour. We have had our filter unit for a year now love the taste of the drinking water. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to filter their town water.

  My husband and I are longtime, happy customers of Nelson Water (over 18 years). They've always been fair, courteous and reasonably priced. Recently, we had a problem which caused our water to bypass the filtration process with result that it smelled like rotten eggs (the water around here has a high sulphur content). Without my even having to ask, Dave made our call a priority and sent his technician here first. Fortunately, Steve quickly figured out the problem was due to the air compressor not being triggered due to malfunctioning wire. He replaced the part, regenerated the system and after 30 minutes the problem was completely resolved. Steve was pleasant, very competent and efficient. Another great experience!
