  One of the worst experiences ever. Does not surprise me these places are closing down. Total chaos with staff not knowing what they are doing. I was looking for a savoury platter for entertaining. Told in shop to give them a call in giving 1.5 hours notice. Called back later and no one know what to do. I had to get takeaway pizza from somewhere else as they failed to come through with my order.

  Raced to get there in time for an ice cream for my daughter after a night of shopping. Got there at 8:56 (according to phone synced to Internet time). Supervisor said it was 9. That they were closed, despite all other stores still being open. Said that they had nothing to serve (which my daughter pointed out-- there was lots of ice cream and stuff in the display cases). Refused to give managers contact info. Complained about her long day, that she makes minimum wage, and so on. Told me to go ahead and write a bad review. Okay. Don't waste your time and energy. Just go somewhere else.

  To the jerk who thought it was ok to talk down to the staff. It's not the workers fault the owner refuses to change the American prices. The staff are here to serve you not run the store. The staff are great at their job and don't need a jerk like you talking to them that way. If your not happy go some place else. If you want to complain, complain to the owner the one who is in charge of those things.

  the staff look like they just dont undestand what you want even if you name it and point it out 3 times !!!!! I ask for 2 ice cream in waffle cone and one scoop of ice cream in a small bowl and the staff did 1 cone and was waiting for me to go.... euuhmm wheres the other stuff ive ask for ?? And only at the end she tell me that what a really want was the frozen yogurt (she said 3times that she dont have the kitkat flavor even if its was on the wall and the menu) Never going back
