- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Ma and Pa type business, now run by the two sons of the original owner. Have been going there for over 20 years; their prices are lower than most convenience stores, have a pretty good variety of items, are open very early 24/7, and are not actually "highway robbers," as Joe, one of the brothers, like to joke! Friendly, fast and much more reasonable prices than the Quickie or Mac's. In this day and age of big chains (half of them American) taking over the Canadian landscape, this is a small, independent business that deserves our support!By LJ McKenzie, September 18, 2016
