  It's so brand new, and everything is shiny and fresh. Produce section is awesome. Floor layout is spacious and well indicated. This is an upscale grocery store, so prices are higher. There are sales throughout the store.

  The customer service is not good there! I called in before to check and see if they have one of the items I was looking for and I specifically asked for that item I was directed to a produce assicoiate who assured me this specific item was in fact not only in store but also in stock!!! But I noted that this associate did not put me on hold to check to see if they had this item I asked him and he just told me right away we have it!! He did not even check! I reach the location and ask that same associate for that item and he shows me something completely different, I asked him if he was the one I spoke on the phone and he said yes! Now he's just standing there with a blank look on his face and did not apologize or anything. I walked away obviously cause he's just standing there staring. I went to the front desk to tell her what happened and that this is DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR towards a customer, she then continues to cut me off while speaking and says that she's going to call a produce associate to check again and I told her they don't have that item! She then makes me wait another 15 minutes for this produce associate to come and who is it the same guy that was there before!! I AM SO UPSET! THE PEOPLE HERE ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR OTHER PEOPLES TIME! These people wasted my time! I came in and they didn't have it I was already upset cause I drove there to get this item! And then she made me wait 15 more minutes for nothing because the guy didn't help he came to apologize after his supervisor told him ! I mean these people seriously don't know what they are doing and don't get me wrong I have worked in retail as well I know what it's like! But this was just DISRESPECTFUL!
