Pong's the BEST!! Went there at 4:30 (close at 5) but he already shut down the truck to prepare for Canada Day. We drove all the way from Toronto for this so he fired up the deep frying machine again just for us. Had the ginger bbq pork poutine and it was awesome!!! THANKS PONG AND GOOD LUCK TODAY AT KANATA

Great poutine! Friendly staff at this food truck style poutine stop. Pong has apparently won awards for his poutine and it shows.

Poutine was a fantastic mix of thin, crispy fries, fluffy and satisfying cheese curds, and mouth wondering gravy. Will have try my best not to over-indulge!
