  Got to Ritchie's around 5:15 PM yesterday afternoon, not realizing they closed at 6:00 PM. Staff was minimal and getting ready to close down for the day. When I flagged a staff member down for assistance I was informed they were closing in 5 minutes and she was clearly in a hurry to get away. I get that. We immediately headed to the cash outside and a very unhappy staff member approached my daughter and I and said in an extremely annoyed tone "we're not really doing sales at this cash" so I offered to go to the other side of the window or would be more than happy to go to one of the cashiers inside the building to accommodate HER. "No, this is fine" she said with a heavy sigh. Here I am, spending close to $200.00 and I have to deal with this kind of attitude? I was planning on returning to Ritchie's after work again today to pick up what I did not have time to acquire yesterday but as a result of this particular staff member, I was so angry and turned off that I went to Canadian Tire and finished purchasing another $220 there. The sad part is that despite her attitude I continued to smile, removed items from my cart to assist her, and then wished her a good evening. Nothing. No response.
