  For several years I have been buying strawberries from your roadside stands. The quality has been excellent. Yesterday I purchased a 4 litre basket of what appeared to be excellent fruit. This from the Woodroofe/Richmond stand. I returned home immediately -2 minutes- and refrigerated the berries to be processed the following morning. At least one third of the fruit was rotted and or mushy the following morning. Because I was in a bind to salvage as much as I could due to the immediacy of the need I did not return them. I am very DISAPPOINTED. I truly hope that those berries not sold today are not put in the bottom of baskets and covered with freshly picked fruit. I am aware that fresh strawberries are highly perishable when they contain so much water and are displayed in humid outdoor conditions. I will have to be more vigilant when buying fresh berries from Shouldice Farms.

  Bought firewood from their delivery service, it was awful! They said it was dried, all wood is damp, they said it would be delivered and placed on my driveway but it was dumped on my lawn! They suck

  Best summer job I've ever had! The owners are incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. Excellent customer service both inside the market and out in the pick-your-own fields. Great selection of fresh seasonal produce - you'll find only the freshest in-season stock when you shop. Produce ranges from berries and apples to tomatoes, potatoes, corn and beans. Every shopping experience is different as the season progresses. Strawberries and corn are only sold the day they're picked - leftovers are used in their delicious jams and pies. They also have a fantastic relish and amazing salsa. You can also stop by and pick up some novelty items (strawberry bags, coring tools) or locally-made fudge and frozen pies. Great selection of pies but run out fast so be sure to check back regularly. Pumpkins and fall decorations (straw bales, indian corn, gourds) available in the fall for decent prices. Also sell wood by the cord. Opens as soon as the first strawberries are ready to pick and close at the end of the day on Halloween.
