Horrible, "management sucks"!!! Staff doesn't know how to do job and has no customer service skills.

I work here the occasional or every Sunday evening and it's worth travelling an hour to Alta Vista because the staff is great and the customers always make my week start on a positive note. Also the owner and manager are really approachable if you have any questions or need to talk to them. You can even find the owner's email on the door when you walk out to speak about your guest experiences. PS we do have pineapple.. :) I eat it, so I would be just as disappointed as you if I thought we didn't !
