  This place all around is great value. We arrived around 10am for a large group (7) and were seated by 10:05. Parking was interestingly full from family's heading to church or coming from sports. The food was bomb. The price point great. I've been here before for dinner as well and their mains are delicious and portions are great. 4/5 will come here again. Also the coffee was great and the service was on point. We were never neglected and the coffee was always full.

  Good quality food, but watch the prices carefully. You can get the Summerhays breakfast for $4.85 which is very fairly priced, but add an egg or 2 and the price more than doubles. I ordered a fruit plate for about $8.50 and it was 1/4 of an apple with a few pieces of melon. The waitress was nice though and offered to take it away (thanks). Lastly, the parking here is scarce so you may need to skulk around for parking.

  For breakfast, the food is great and the price on the Summerhays special is perfect. The wait are friendly and hard working. The home fries are the best I've had, anywhere.
