  The manager there in morning sucks. All the employees are really good and helpful but manager seems to not know what she is doing. This place needs new management.

  I frequent this Tim Hortons and overall everything's fine. Sometimes my order gets messed up, but I can totally understand since most screw ups happen when they're dealing with a high volume of customers. Keep it up!

  Worst management ever in the industry. The client is always right never forget. And you should take employees suggestion as a good thing for the benefit of the store not as a critic. Learn how to be a good manager please.

  The first cashier I encountered muttered, "Jesus Christ" when he turned around to make the iced coffee. He seemed pretty upset and miserable working there. His attitude was very poor, and I wish I wasn't there to witness it and be treated like crap as a paying customer. He also took a long time making the iced coffee. He would go to the back of the restaurant back and forth. He looked like he didn't know what he was doing. When I got the iced coffee it was completely warm. There was ice cubes in there but it wasn't stirred. I didn't want to drink it because 1)I was disgusted by his attitude and 2) It was warm and 3) It was questionably made. After receiving the drink, I waited a few minutes before going to another cashier to ask to speak to the manager. This cashier actually rolled her eyes at me, and told me the manager is busy making sandwiches. I insisted to see the manager again, because on the Tim Horton's website it says to speak to a manager immediately if I have any complaints. The girl tells me there's nothing she can do, even though her manager is 3 feet from her making a sandwich. A few seconds later, I can see the manager is done with making a sandwich and I finally get her attention - after facing rudeness and a dismissive attitude from the second cashier. I told the manager what happened with the first cashier and the manager expressed some regret and apologized. She said she will have a word with the first cashier. She offered to replace the iced coffee I bought with a new one. I agreed. The manager gave me the iced coffee on the stand but with no straw. So I had to go back to the second cashier that was rude to me and reach for a straw. How frustrating.. Overall, this was one of the worst dining/shopping experiences I've ever had. I'm disappointed at how rude the cashiers were, the lack of respect they had towards me - a paying customer, the dismissive attitude I got, and overall lack of hospitality. I strongly advise people to avoid this place.
