  Went in with my son and a friend . Order breakfast and after waiting 15 min for our food was told that they didn't have any eggs or hash browns . It would take 15 minutes to cook the eggs and that would put it past the cutoff for serving breakfast . I said if they would have figured this out when I ordered we would have our food . Took what food was ready and got my money back for what they didn't have . We go to Tim Hortons quite often and sometimes it's the one in Manotick . The Manotick location has the worst service of any of the locations we visit . They should have been able to tell me when I ordered that they were out of some things and when I asked for my money back they should have refunded all my money for my trouble . Not happy at all with my experience.

  Possibly the worst timmies. Order a breakfast wrap and you'll get half of what you pay for versus the other locations. Order a bagel with cream cheese you'll get so little as thin as butter. Get a coffee it's burnt. Get an iced coffee with no ice. The sad part is I want to stop going to this location but it's the closest one in our area... we can drive to barrhaven but really... how necessary is that when there's such simple fixes that can be done at this location. I have spoken to the manager a few times about issues and they never seem to get resolved. Really not pleased. More locations need to open for riverside/greely and even manotick... because this is insane.

  Despite being the busiest Tim Hortons I've ever been to, the staff keeps the line moving. Food quality is on par with other locations.
