Twice this summer we have arrived at the airport Tim Horton's to find that no iced drinks e.g.iced cap, smoothies were available. The first time we were told they had no lids, and would not serve this type of drink without a lid, and the second time we were told that they were cleaning the machine. This was not early in the morning or late at night, but mid afternoon. There were a lot of disgruntled customers in line both times, and I would hope management would take note and ensure their employees had everything they needed to deliver the requested products to the consumer.
