  love this Tim Horton.by far the best one I've been to in Ottawa. always there and fast 95% of the time but great all the way around.

  Air conditioner down , could not toast my English muffin. Breakfast sandwich very dry. ☹

  Fast service and friendly staff. Although a common problem; we order, and after we pay, we are told, "we're sorry we don't have anymore hash brown, or biscuit, etc" Occurred on many occasions. It's understandable once in while, but better communication between staff member would assure customers don't pay for something they don't have.

  I've been here a number of times and always received fast service and the food was always fresh. Today when I stopped in there was a bit of a mixup and someone else got my order, and as a result I missed my bus. An employee named Rose took over to rectify the situation. In addition multiple employees genuinely apologized and went above and beyond to make it right. In the confusion, I also left my bus pass on the counter, but yet another employee ran out to hand it to me as I waited for my Uber. I would like to commend everyone, and particularly Rose and the girl who ran after me to give me my bus pass. (I did not catch her name but she was younger and wearing a hijab.) Thank you!
