  For some odd reason, everytime I go there between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m, their hot chocolate / French vanilla machine is always either being cleaned or broken. Usually stop by and get a couple of these drinks for myself and the kids . This is not just on one day, this has been on many occasions. I went there today and they said they were cleaning it. Again, same time I usually go there on my way home between 4:30 and 5:30. This may be a massive coincidence but this is about the fifth time it has happened between this time frame. People are leaving work and this is the only Tim Hortons with in that vicinity. It's not reliable. I've lost faith in going to this location, I just don't trust it anymore. I'd rather get it from a different location and microwave it when I get home.
