  Went to have breakfast around 8AM, and other people also trying to get in. Restaurants was closed. I called to ask as both the door and website advertised being open at 6AM and the doors were locked. Person that answered the phone responded, "Yeah, we are opening at 9 today.". Please update your signs to the correct hours of business and treat customers with more respect when calling to inquire about hours.

  Been waiting for over an hour and still have not received our food!!! Service is terrible and we're too starved now to leave and find food elsewhere. Will definitely not come back here again!

  Easily one of the top 5 best breakfast places in Ottawa for variety and price. Consistently good quality food. The fresh fruit is actually fresh and not from a tub like most places - very rare. Servers are friendly and even though it's always busy here, I've never had to wait long for a table.
