The drive thru is packed full and slow-moving at peak times, and the staff seems disengaged and uninterested, but the food is good

The worst wendys. Very consistent with poor quality stale food.

It's a Wendy's so you know what to expect. I do find the staff at the counter inside to be slower than some other stores. I think they must do training for new staff here. If you have the choice, take the drive-thru option. They really focus on those orders over the orders at the walk-in counter.
