  Ive gotta say, the place is great! But these people could not be any worse when it comes to customer service. Ive called multiple times and every time they answer the phone its "ya?'...or "hi?'. I then say "hello is this west park lanes?' and I usually get a response thats consistent of someone who hates their job and doesn't want to deal with people. I tried organizing an event with 10 people that I was paying for personally, and these guys made me feel like a complete idiot anytime i called to confirm or ask questions. Not to impressed and Im hoping someone of importance gets to see this. If I owned a business and had a guy hosting a party with us and paying for the entire thing himself, I think id want to be a tad more respectful towards him.....not to mention last time I went i walked around the entire place trying to find someone to get bowling shoes off of because no one is there to greet you at the counter.

  Great 5 pin bowling. The best part is that it is connected to a diner and a pub so the food is great and they have a good selection of beer. This is not your ordinary bowling spot - a great place to hang out with friends.
