  Me and my girlfriend love Kelseys We go there weekly, usually to the one on Bank street. We decided to give this one a try. We got there at 8pm. Had to wait 2 mins before we get seated, We felt like sitting outside so we did. We were seated given menus the nothing. 8:15pm and no one has showed up yet. Horrible Service Went back to our usual Kelseys on Bank Street.

  This is unacceptable. I was there for lunch last week and they serve me broken pieces of wings dried and old. They should have thrown this in the garbage instead of frying them. I asked for the manager but he was out for lunch somewhere else! I know I have many negative reviews but when I’m just satisfied I do not write a review only when a restaurant does not respect their clients, they deserve to be reminded.

  Horrible service. Terrible pricing. And dirty. We were seated at a window and the Sun was toasting us, so we asked if there were something that could be done. They said to do it ourselves. When we did, it was obvious the blinds haven't been changed in months and I just ran my hand down them to close them; my hand was covered in dirt and dust filled the air at the table I was about to eat at. Very unpleasant. The service was Lame at best. And my 10 wings, ones drink and a pasta dish came to 57 dollars. Way too much for what we got and the low quality of the good & service. Well not return here unless management invited me to a "revamped and clean" special. Oooh, and the front door handles to open the large doors... Are knee high! Are they catering to chosen or drunks crawling back in?!
