  Food was cold, 'fried' rice was mush, Shanghai noodles and the dumplings just tasted like oil. Tried to resolve. Food was inedible. Held onto it to see if they wanted it back to see for themselves but will end up tossing it all. What a waste. Don't order here.

  Ordered a meal with no sauce as im slightly allergic to their sweet sauce, asked for it on the side because my wife enjoys it. the order ticket very clearly said sauce on the side only because of this. Recieved it plastered in sauce. Calling the new town chinese food store waited 30 minutes for a manager. Owner finally responds with no replacement meal being sent, no credit, no nothing, because sauce on the side is an extra cost and he did us a favour by saving us money putting it on the meal. Rude, horrible service and honestly, a management that believes that ignoring the order ticket and deciding its better another way and then being mad that we didn't appreciate it? horrible.

  Delicious take out place! I've been craving Chinese food for months and stumbled across this place today. I ordered a dinner for one #7 for my boyfriend and I ordered #11. I also ordered the vegetarian spring rolls on the side. I haven't had delicious spring rolls like that in a very long time. We were both very happy with the potion size leaving us satisfied and full. New Town got two a new loyal customers today. Thank you!
