- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They mistreat you knowing that you have a Groupon deal. Phone order not taken and when went in the store, wait time of one hour was quouted. They even refused to accept paper voucher and wanted only the voucher on smart phone!! After a huge discussion with a person calling himself a manager, pizza was provided in half hour!! Sbarro used to be my favourite pizza place !!By Yudhvir Goyal, February 18, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sorry, but not even worth the one star I gave it, but had to put in at least one for it to register. Today I took my mother to the location at the Tangers Outlet Mall. I had been to Sbarro in the US many years ago and it was great. Well I must say, there is a huge difference between the two. We passed by many different restaurants on the way there, but I remembered how good it was when I went to the ones in the US so thought, this is where we are going. We looked at the pizza and it looked dried out and old so we decided to pass on the pizza and have the Chicken Parmesan. Any time I have ordered that dish it has come with spaghetti or a pasta of some sort. We ordered 2 Chicken Parmesan's and 2 soft drinks and an order of Garlic bread. Well what we got was 2 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of garlic bread and the bottles of coke. This cost me just under $18.00. When I asked what happened to the pasta I was told it was seperate, or you have to at least order the pasta with the chicken. So to add the pasta I had to pay yet another $12.00+. So this fast food meal just cost me $30.00. The meal was horrible. We both had one bite of the chicken and found it cold and rubbery, definatly not edible, then we took a bite out of the pasta and it too was horrible. Pasta was cold and the sauce had no taste. The garlic bread too was dried up and tasted as if it was yesterdays bread. The garlic sauce on the top was sooooo greasy. We threw the entire meals out, the staff behind the counter saw me empty the 2 entire meals out and walk out but no one commented or asked what was wrong. The grease from the garlic bread left such a horrible taste in my mouth for the next half hour. When we dumped the food in the garbage and left we went straight to Arby's a few miles away and had a bite there. At least I know that their food is edible and reliable. It also took the taste of the Sbarro food out of our mouths. I will never ever try the food there again. Ive never in my life had food so bad that I had to dump an entire meal in the garbage after taking only one bite. Do yourself a favor and if your at Tangers Outlet Mall, do your shopping and then go elsewhere for a meal or snack.By Barb Prasow, July 08, 2016
