  This is a favourite for us. The tuna and truffle is awesome and the Brussel sprouts are absolutely ridiculous they are so good. We like Sunday Buck a Shuck for oysters and 1/2 bubbly. Emma is very very good and the kitchen is passionate about what they do. The room is lively and noisy, so bring your outdoor voice and an appetite. Cannot say enough good stuff. We give gift certificates to our friends and families...in the hopes they'll invite us when they go. We love it.

  Had a lovely dinner experience at Supply and Demand. This restaurant is a casual, upscale spot with an open kitchen. We were offered complimentary bread with bacon butter that was a little oily but very lovely. We ordered an excellent bottle of Pouilly Fume, that I recommend to anyone who visits. We shared appetizers and each ordered our own mains. Overall, we enjoyed everything we ate. The cod and Brussels sprouts stood out. The pasta was probably the least enjoyable. It was served lukewarm and tasted too strongly of rosemary. I would skip it next time. Service was very attentive. Our water was refilled often and they kept checking in on us.

  What a great Restaurant. We had our daughter's wedding celebration at Supply and Demand Restaurant. The food and the staff were absolutely great. We are recommending the restaurant to everyone.

  They hosted my partner's brother's wedding. Good venue for private events. Food service was quick and it's a big open space.
