  For a downtown location they're still pretty fast at serving customers and quality ranking nicely as well as most locations.

  when you walk in, the store looks like one of those IT, phone-in call centres in India. Full of temporary foreign workers. Management doesn't believe in hiring Canadians. Upside is that TFW work much faster than local staff.

  One of the worse Tim Horton's in Ottawa. Full of low life bums and drug dealers who take upon the very limited seating area. One of them gets a coffee and 10 of them take up all the sitting space. I once sat at one of the only 2 table available to eat my lunch, a homeless man came and sat at my table and took my muffin and started harassing me for no reason. I complained to the management and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Security guard was standing there like an idiot staring at the whole incident and did nothing to try to interfere and help me. Staff is also not competent. I work late and grab a sandwich there on my way home but they always close their sandwich station Way too early. Closing time time is 11 pm but sandwiches/soups/bagels/wraps apparently close at 9 however i have showed up many times at 15 10 min to 9 and was refused! Seems like a bunch of Lazy staff who clean up early so they can leave early! Like I said , one of the WORSE tim horton's in Ottawa!
